Terms and Conditions (CP)
These
terms and conditions apply to all contracts for the
supply of Photography services by Crocodile Photography (
'The Company' ) to the client. These terms and conditions
of business represent the agreement between the client
and Crocodile Photography. (CP) No variation of these
terms shall be made without mutual consent of both
parties.
1.0
The Terms
It is
important that the client reads and fully understands the
Terms and Conditions as it establishes the working
relationship between both parties. The client is
encouraged to seek clarification on any matter contained
within the Terms and Conditions by contacting Crocodile
Photography.
1.1
Before commencement of the service the Company will
submit to the Client a Service Confirmation, which will
specify the services to be undertaken.
1.2 The
Company will submit a valuation for the services prior to
an assessment of the actual works taking place and by
accepting the valuation the Client agrees to the Terms
and Conditions detailed herein and the more detailed
Company trading terms and conditions available upon
request.
1.3 Any
time or costs undertaken to pursue or retrieve any fees
due to the Company will be passed on directly to the
Client and become part of the recoverable value from the
client.
1.7 It is
accepted by the Client that upon engagement CP have
already delivered services in part to the Client and
there shall be no standard 'cooling off' period or
cancellation of services without charge at this
point.
2.0
The Payments
2.1 The
cost for services provided by the Company will be agreed
with the client upon the initial enquiry.
2.2 The
fee is for the service as specified unless otherwise
stated.
2.3 The
payment of the agreed fee is due by cheque or direct bank
transfer upon invoice by the Company to the
Client
2.4 The
Client undertakes not to withhold any payment due to CP
whatsoever. Delay or default in any such payment shall
incur interest at a daily rate of 5% above the base rate
of The Bank Of England.
IMPORTANT
NOTE
Crocodile
Photography and it's agents cannot be held responsible
for any delays whatsoever in the production of digital
images where such production may affect other Client
processes and will not be responsible for digital
information passed to any third party at the request of
the Client.
